We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive commercial strategy for our client’s rapidly growing Global Services division. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of sustainable energy services and drive recurring revenue growth across diverse markets and channels.

Role responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic initiatives to accelerate services revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement commercial growth plans across geographies, channels, and revenue types.
  • Analyze market data and performance to drive actionable business insights.
  • Build and execute customer segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt strategies based on customer and market needs.
  • Present findings and strategic plans to stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop future leaders.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with 7–10 years in strategy or commercial growth roles, preferably in consulting or the technology sector (IoT, software, hardware). You should have the following:

  • MBA from a top business school; engineering background preferred.
  • Strong analytical and financial literacy.
  • Attributes: Leadership, collaboration, cultural adaptability, and a passion for innovation.

Preferred experience:

  • Experience with subscription business models, energy sector exposure, and digital transformations.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel (20-30%) and work in a dynamic, global environment.
