Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in formulating channel strategies and ensure effective implementation at the regional level
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand regional market coverage
  • Maintain regular communication with partners to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure smooth cooperation
  • Provide training on product knowledge, sales skills, and technical support to enhance partner capabilities
  • Align and coordinate internal resources to support channel partners’ business growth
  • Set and track sales targets for channel partners
  • Evaluate channel performance using data insights to optimise resource allocation
  • Adjust partnership terms based on performance, reward top-performing partners, and take corrective actions for underperformance
  • Handle channel disputes, manage partner complaints effectively, and mitigate business risks

Qualifications & Experience:

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management within a technical market. You should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; experience in B2B channel management is preferred
  • 5+ years of channel management experience; background in AMR or the automation industry is a plus
  • Strong expertise in designing channel systems and managing the full partner lifecycle
  • Proficient in data analysis; skilled in Excel, CRM systems, and BI tools
  • Proficient English and Chinese are required; additional European languages are a plus

  • Ability to translate business goals into executable channel strategies
  • Strong negotiation skills and established industry network
  • Proven track record of using data to drive channel performance and growth
  • Strong ability to work with regional sales teams and coordinate across departments effectively
