To start off Kirsty, can you introduce yourself?

Hi, I’m Kirsty. I’m a recruitment consultant for CrimsonXT in the warehouse automation space. I have many years of experience working in the warehouse automation space, and I’m really enjoying working throughout Europe and the APAC region, which has allowed me to explore different cultures and and different approaches to business.

Working with clients in the European and APAC regions also helps me gain itinerary lists for my holidays!

 

What differentiates our recruitment process? 

I’ve built some very successful and long-lasting relationships with my clients throughout both regions, with some very successful placements.

I truly believe that the key to successful and long-lasting relationships is to make the business less transactional – instead of just completing the placement and receiving a fee, we want to develop these relationships outside of business as well.

Clients I work with vary in terms of solutions, traditional solutions, warehouse automation, sortation automation, industrial robotics, autonomous robotics… you name it.

We are successful as we nurture our relationships with our clients, this means taking into consideration their cultural fits, and also the talent clients expect in terms of experience and solutions they’re working with.
